Aware Recovery Care is an intensive in-home addiction treatment program that provides clients in Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Maine with an innovative and most importantly, effective method of treatment. Aware was founded in 2011 and developed in consultation with Yale Addiction psychiatrists and thought leaders in the field. In 2014, ARC published a feasibility study in the Connecticut Journal of Medicine in September of 2014 that documented our 80% success rate with our first group of clients followed for a full year. In 2016, Aware's partnership with Anthem BCBS of Connecticut launched and represented a new era of payer/provider innovations for the betterment of our clients and members. The company has grown exponentially as far as employees and the lives impacted by the delivery of the in-home addiction treatment model of care and as far as the Aware Recovery Care footprint.
