The site was nominated for the "Best Home Page Design" award for the 2017 Webby Awards.
Rova Introduces Their New Agency SOW Configurator
Joe Olsen's company Rova launched an Agency SOW Configurator, a tool for New Business and Client Services/Account teams to use at the outset of every agency project as a means of providing a clear and consistent path to profitability. After months of being passed around among agency friends via email and Dropbox, they've formally shared it as a free resource for all agencies to use. The Configurator serves as an agency's go-to tool when negotiating with the client and the internal team to establish a SOW that accomplishes the established goals, objectives and success metrics. On top of that, the Configurator provides the ability to manage vendors and sales markup.
"There’s a lot to consider when running an agency but, like any sales and service organization, one of the most important aspects is clear and consistent definition and delivery of service. Seemingly simple, it's actually very complex with significant implications on the quality of work, profitability of effort, and the psyche of both agency and client teams." says Olsen. "Considering the very bespoke nature to which agencies deliver services, it's challenging to distil everything into a basic calculation, but that's what's necessary. At Rova, we prioritize results over activity (it is our name after all) and feel tools like this help agencies connect their activity to results, while empowering their teams to create strategic relationships and drive organic agency growth."
