YEC Member Company WalkMe Raises $50M Series E

YEC member company WalkMe recently raised $50M in a Series E funding round. Led by co-founder and CEO Dan Adika, WalkMe is a guidance and engagement platform that simplifies software, websites and apps.

The funding was led by Insight Venture Partners, a new investor, with participation from existing investors. WalkMe, which is based in San Francisco, has raised over $92M to date.

WalkMe focuses on working with websites to make them easier to navigate through a context-intelligent platform. The company plans on using the investment to grow its business and expand into new areas, such as mobile services and more machine learning innovations.

WalkMe also recently announced the launch of WalkMe Apps, a new, free way for app developers to create better mobile software. It allows app developers to focus on core technology while seamlessly incorporating engagement features, with no additional coding required, in order to increase quality and get the products on the market faster.

WalkMe has over 800 customers including many well-known enterprise service providers, such as MasterCard and Pandora.
