YEC Member Diego Orjuela's Journey Profiled in Inc. Magazine

YEC member company Cables and Sensors, founded by YEC member Diego Orjuela, was ranked No. 337 on Inc.'s list of 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in America.

Diego was one of just a handful of leaders to be individually featured in the magazine.

The article highlights Diego's decision to start Cables and Sensors without any funding, and instead hitting the ground running. Diego began selling patient monitor accessories faster than his competition was able to match. He founded the company with just $100 and now sees $2.5 million in revenue and 100 percent growth year after year.

"Starting with very little capital, it's important to choose how to spend," Diego discusses in the article. "Rather than hire a developer to make a perfect website, I started with a crappy site. Do people need all the bells and whistles? I got the most growth by working hard every single day."
