Metis Genetics' Abstract Chosen at the American College of Medical Genetics Conference
Amanda L. Elms's company's abstract, co-authored with Southern California Medical Group and Illumina, was recently chosen as a platform presentation at the annual American College of Medical Genetics conference in Charlotte, NC. Metis Genetic provides innovative solutions for genetic counseling to enhance patient services and lower costs. They were chosen by a selection committee from hundreds of other abstracts. This accomplishment is an acknowledgment of the unique work Metis is doing to create expert services and value in the medical genetics industry. The abstract is co-authored with a leading healthcare institution (Kaiser Permanente) and the leading tools provider of the genetic diagnostic industry (Illumina). Daren Hebold Launches LUXOLO Financial
Daren Hebold, CCIM, recently launched LUXOLO Financial. LUXOLO is a cryptocurrency exchange located in downtown Portland, Maine. Customers can exchange U.S. dollars for bitcoin or litecoin cryptocurrency. They offer an ATM machine for amounts of $100 to $7500 and a live over-the-counter exchange for amounts of $7500 to $100,000. LUXOLO is duly registered to conduct business with the US Department of Treasury, FinCEN Division as well as the Maine Department of Consumer Credit Protection. Hebold and his co-founder Arnold Jackson launched LUXOLO as the first part of what will eventually become a thriving cryptocurrency ecosystem in Portland. In the near future, LUXOLO plans to offer cryptocurrency integration kits for merchants and direct consulting services.
In the mid-term, LUXOLO plans to be an innovator in the blockchain real estate space, an important emerging segment of the industry. Products they plan to develop and offer in that space include blockchain-based smart contracts and transaction management tools for real estate. "I want individuals and businesses alike in Maine to start enjoying the benefits of using cryptocurrencies in daily commerce," Hebold said in their press release.
Brian Greenberg Launches New Book

Ty Morse, CEO of Songwhale, launched Kessel Limited, a Hong Kong-based company that specializes in Direct Marketing. They are experts in planning, creating and running multichannel D2C marketing platforms using a pay-for-performance model. Kessel Limited's strategic position in Asia allows them to manage the entire direct marketing process from end to end for their clients, beginning with product sourcing and logistics. In addition, they provide a two-way channel to allow their clients in the U.S. access to selling directly to consumers in the rapidly growing Asian market, while also providing opportunity for their Asia-based clients to access the U.S. market.

James McDonough Releases an AI Coach
James McDonough, CEO of SEE Forge, creators of FAT FINGER, an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) software company, released "AI Coach," an artificial-intelligence enhancement that provides field workers and frontline employees with real-time intelligent alerts to coach users to be safer and more productive. With a continued push to be the leader in the Industrial IoT and Industry 4.0 market, FAT FINGER is leveraging AI and the data flowing through companies' operational processes, procedures, forms and workflows to suggest safer and more productive actions while front-line workers do their jobs.
For example, front-line workers using FAT FINGER digital forms and procedures to do asset inspections, production rounds, maintenance tasks, quality control and safety observations not only have quick access to all the instructions and can capture clean data, but also are now alerted to important items that need attention.
