Last week, YEC members in New York met up at Aureole New York, the flagship showcase for Charlie Palmer's unabashed, energetic signature Progressive American cuisine. Bringing together New York's elite group of young entrepreneurs as well as special guests -- including Techweek CEO Katy Lynch, Techweek New York Executive Director Kyle Crotty and Gill Marketing Group Founder Megan Smith-Gill -- the summer social featured an exquisite menu curated by renowned chef Charlie Palmer that included sophisticated canapés such as yellow fin tuna tartare and cheese gougères.
