BIG NEWS for YEC'er Joe Landon, CFO at Planetary Powers. The company just reeled in a $3.4 million Series A round from angel investors. Total funding for the 9-year-old company is more than $10 million!

YEC member company Gravity Payments, where Dan Price is CEO, just released its first stats that showcase the early impact of the $70k minimum wage Dan implemented in April 2016. Although his actions were met with criticism, the facts speak louder than fiction.

Earlier this week, Lisa Song Sutton announced that her show, Live With Lisa, will begin airing 7 days a week on Cox channel 96/1096HD. Only two months into filming, Lisa's show has gotten tremendous feedback and support. Congratulations, Lisa. We're looking forward to tuning in!

Congratulations to Dan Adika and the whole WalkMeInc team. The company just announced it raised $50 million, with a valuation now around $400 million! While WalkMe will continue to grow, it will also be using the investment to expand into new areas, such as mobile services and more machine learning innovations. Click here for the announcement.

TaskUs's co-founders Jaspar Wier and Bryce Maddock were recently featured in the Inc article, "Meet the Outsourcing Company Powering Some of the Web's Hottest Startups." In addition to being voted this year's "Readers' Choice," the coolest young company of 2016, the company is expected to pull in at least $80 million in revenue in 2016 and has its sights on an IPO in the next five years.

Michael Papay, co-founder and CEO of Waggl, was just featured on Insider Hub: "Employee Feedback? What's the Buzz?" The YEC member shares how Waggl is enabling a culture of transparency by transforming the way organizations are gathering feedback, distilling actionable insights and engaging employees.
