Congratulations to YEC member Shradha Agarwal. Her company, ContextMedia, was recently nominated for Chicago Inno's 50 on Fire award. Those nominated are some of the most innovative and influential leaders in technology, education, marketing, food, healthcare and more.

We have exciting news from YEC'er Mike Hostetler. After serving as the CIO for Rent Like A Champion, the company will be appearing on ABC's Shark Tank on October 30th, 2015. Congratulations on all your hard work, Mike. We're looking forward to the results after the airing.

ZappRx founder and CEO Zoe Barry was recently featured in VentureFizz's article, "Zoe Barry: Solving Problems in Healthcare with ZappRx and Catalyzing Women Entrepreneurship in the Process." The piece shares Zoe's passionate interest in the healthcare industry, the reason why she started the company and her hopes for the future. As the article states, "ZappRx is now serving as a one-stop-shop for doctors. By eliminating inefficiencies, faxing and paperwork, ZappRx enables patients to attain necessary medication and therapy in a matter of days, not weeks."

John Rampton of Due recently published a piece in Inc. titled, "How to Make Your Employees Happier Every Day." In the article, John shares that implementing small changes, including flexible work days, exercise and quality time, improves productivity and positivity in the workplace.

YEC member Rahul Varshneya, co-founder of Arkenea, contributed the Inc. article, "The Most Common Reason Why Outsourced Software Development Fails." Rahul explains that while outsourced product development generally faces criticism over quality and deliveries, it's no better or worse than buying services locally.
